We’re always seeking high-quality work that aligns with our brand voice: INSPIRED, ELEVATED, and EXPERT—while staying PERSONAL, ENGAGING, and AUTHENTIC. At State of Amor, we celebrate every couple and their real, one-of-a-kind weddings.

Submission guidelines are as follows:

Photo Sizing: We love receiving full galleries of high-resolution, professional-quality images. Please include a mix of both landscape and portrait orientations, and ensure all logos and branding are removed.

Photo Sharing: Our preferred platforms for sharing are Dropbox, Pixieset, Pass, and Pic-time. If needed, please provide the gallery password and download pin with your submission. For Dropbox users, we ask for a link to a folder named after your company and the couple’s names, containing high-res images along with a brief snippet about the day or styled shoot.

Preferred Snippets: We require at least 150 words and encourage additional contributions from both the couple and the vendor team to bring the celebration or styled shoot to life.

Here, we lean into love, celebrate each individual, and find inspiration in every love story. In order to be featured on—or contribute to—our diverse and welcoming platform, all contributing vendors and industry professionals must uphold a commitment to BIPOC, LBGTQIA, and people with disabilities inclusion.

Real Weddings and Elopements: A heartfelt reflection from the couple about their wedding day.
Proposals: Behind-the-scenes insights from the couple or photographer about the proposal moment.
Engagement Sessions and Parties: The couple’s unique proposal story and what led them to this special session or celebrating their engagement with loved ones.
Day After & Honeymoon Sessions: A personal reflection from the couple about their day-after celebration or honeymoon adventure.
Styled Shoots: The creative vision behind the design and execution of the styled shoot, highlighting the inspiration and details.

We also require the following to be featured:

Approval from both the couple and all contributing vendors is required prior to submission. Be sure to provide a complete list of vendors and products featured, including website links and social media handles.

Please note that incomplete vendor listings may delay or prevent your submission from being accepted. We’re passionate about supporting small businesses, and proper credit is essential to everyone’s success. Help us uplift the creative community by taking the time to recognize all those involved. Commonly overlooked credits include bridal and bridesmaid attire, favors and gifts, groom and groomsmen attire, rings, stationery, transportation, and travel and accommodations.
